Who do we thank tomorrow on Thanksgiving Day 2018? For one: all those who dine with us from the babies to the elderly; all those who we loved and who loved us but who have passed; all those who taught us, sometimes sad lessons, but who have made us who we are today; our enemies, hopefully forgiven by us, but who firmed our values; our friends who defend us no matter what; our old friends whom we no longer see due to distance or time but who played important roles in our lives; and all others.
Thanksgiving is, in my mind, one of the most important days. It is a reminder that we should be practicing that concept daily; we should give thanks daily. It is the best psychotherapy that exists. I thank God. Not everyone believes in God, but for me I can’t consider my life without my connection and love of God.
So I wish you all, my readers or not, too much turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, gravy, veggies, desserts. Enjoy the day and think about helping others wherever they live who do not have enough to eat, or do not have family, or who are homeless or sick. Share and give thanks.
Happy Day tomorrow.

"My love affair with plots, murder, mystery, spies and, in general, with crime novels began at an early age. I read and read – probably have read 2,000 crime novels since then. Even at an early age, I developed my own plots if only to cover up my misdeeds to the chagrin of my family and teachers. Some less creative called it fibbing!
Now I write from the love of plot – of people and their ways –of life – of philosophy – about crime –about the sociopath/psychopath."
